These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between E.C. Enterprise LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our consulting services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide consulting services including but not limited to business consulting, business formation, business credit, personal credit repair, notary services, mortgage loan assistance, authorized tradeline provider services, tax preparation, and other related services (“Services”).

All Services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Service Withdrawal and Cancellation

We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any of our Services at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Any financial transactions for our Services are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, as our Services are digital, virtual, and/or online, and work cannot be undone once started or completed.

3. Client Responsibilities and Expectations

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the delivery of Services.
Client participation, timely responses, and execution of tasks as agreed upon are essential to the success of the engagement.
Clients acknowledge that success depends on various factors beyond our control, and we promise only to exhaust all legal and ethical options to provide results to the best of our ability and knowledge.

4. Liability and Disclaimer

We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by you or third parties.
We are not responsible for Service interruptions, website downtime, or other technical issues.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information provided as part of our Services are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of E.C. Enterprise LLC.
Clients are prohibited from reproducing, adapting, distributing, or using our materials for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

6. User Behavior

Clients and users of our Services are prohibited from:

Engaging in unlawful behavior, including but not limited to fraud, copyright infringement, or violation of applicable laws.
Using our Services for hate speech, bullying, harassment, or the promotion of illegal activities.
Posting or distributing spam, advertisements, or other unsolicited communications.

We reserve the right to disable user accounts or terminate Services if these rules are violated.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless E.C. Enterprise LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our Services or breach of these Terms.

8. No Legal Action Guarantee

By engaging with our Services, you agree not to pursue legal action against E.C. Enterprise LLC, its owners, or employees for any reason related to the provision or outcome of our Services.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hernando County.

Enterprise LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services, including business consulting, business formation, business credit, personal credit repair, notary services, mortgage loan assistance, authorized tradeline provider services, tax preparation, and more. Due to the nature of our Services, which are primarily digital, virtual, and/or online, we adhere to a strict No Refunds, No Exceptions policy.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All purchases of our Services are final. Once payment is made and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Digital and virtual services cannot be undone, erased, or reversed, as significant time, effort, and resources are invested immediately upon engagement.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in its entirety.

2. Service-Specific Policy

The following terms apply to all Services provided by Ebony@ecenterprse.co:

Consulting Services: Consulting work begins upon payment and involves immediate intellectual effort and expertise, which are non-recoverable.
Business Formation and Credit Services: Due to the filing, documentation, and consultation involved, these services cannot be refunded.
Personal Credit Repair and Tax Preparation: Work is performed in real-time with third parties (e.g., credit bureaus, tax agencies), making refunds impossible.
Notary and Mortgage Loan Assistance: Once the service is rendered, no reversals or refunds can be made.

3. Dispute Resolution

We strive for transparency and client satisfaction. If you have concerns about your Service, we encourage you to contact us directly at the earliest opportunity. While refunds are not available, we will work diligently to address any issues or misunderstandings to the best of our ability.
